At the Physio Go clinic, our team of professionals provides you with Occupational Therapy services in Montreal. The main goal of occupational therapy treatment is to improve the person's autonomy, restore general productivity and resume daily activities to improve their quality of life.

The Physio Go Clinic also offers mental health sessions with an Occupational Therapist that is licensed with the O.T. Board, the OEQ. This treatment approach can help people that are suffering from anxiety, depression and burnout, which can affect performance at the workplace. Our Occupational Therapists will help you establish a well-balanced occupational schedule, teach you how to apply management strategies and prepare you to return to work successfully.
